Growing up my mother always used to greet us on the first morning of a new month saying "RABBIT, RABBIT, RABBIT." Apparently if you say the word "rabbit" three times in a row on the first of each month you are supposed to have good luck. Who knows if it actually works BUT we all have fun saying it on the first of each month!
