Below are a series of layouts I created of my daughter, Molly's, first day of school from Pre-School thru 5th grade.  She will be entering 7th grade in just 2 weeks so I still need to complete the first day of 6th grade but I wanted to share these layouts with you today.

Molly really got a kick out of seeing these layouts, as did Tucker & Payton and even Stan and I...well...I could not help but get a bit weepy.

Today is the Last Day...

Today is the last day to register for my first SCRAPBOOK WARS!  If you live local or in driving distance I hope you will join in on the fun this coming THURSDAY evening 6:30-9:30 at St. George's Church on Dorchester Road in Summerville, SC (about 1 1/5 miles from my home).

Yesterday I was busy preparing for this event and what fun did I have!  The kits for each round are all packaged and ready for some creative hands, the goodie bags are too cute for words, prizes are being packaged with new 3-D containers made with the fabulous new CTMH exclusive ARTISTE Collection...

What is Scrapbook Wars?

Have you ever watched “Cupcake Wars” on the Food Channel?  If not I encourage you to!  It airs on Sunday evenings at 8:00 and is so much fun!

Scrapbook Wars will be run similar to the way Cupcake Wars is.

(number of scrappers on each team will be determined once I know how many are attending the event)

We will have 3 rounds.  

You will be given a kit consisting of all new product and 30 minutes to create a 2-page layout.

Judges will decide who advances to Round 2 which will consist of a different kit and more specific instructions and 30 minutes to create.

Judges will narrow it down to two for Round 3.

Judges will decide the overall SCRAPBOOK WARS WINNER!

Overall WInner will win a $50 CTMH Gift Certificate to redeem through me 

(if there are multiple members on the team you will split the gift certificate)

Runner Up will receive a FREE Studio J 5-Pack!

Awards will also be given for the:

*Most Colorful Layout

*Most Unique Use of Embellishments on a layout

*Most out of the Ordinary Layout

*Most Clean & Simple Layout
